Susie Kang has 16 years experience in the real estate industry, specializing in multi-family, income producing, retail properties and property management in commercial real estate and listing, sales, property management in residential real estate. Susie is the broker and owner of Joa Realty.

She holds the following designations:

In order to accomodate the needs of her clients, Susie is committed to keeping up with the real estate trends and current events. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert© (CDPE), she is able to help clients with short sales and foreclosures. In these situations, she has the knowledge and experience to find solutions for real estate dillemas.

Prior to her career in real estate, she worked for major technology companies in Austin as a senior design engineer for 10 years, and an application consultant for three years. Susie was also an elementary teacher in South Korea. Susie received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and Elementary Education from Incheon Teachers College in South Korea. Susie was a gradudate of Leadership Academy in Austin Board of Realtors in 2009.
